A Global Football Campaign

Every match teaches more than the game.

Future Everybody turns football's everyday moments — the pass, the setback, the shared goal — into a framework for building the skills young people need for a changing world.

Eight Future Competencies, one formation

Drawn from research by the WEF, OECD, McKinsey, and UNESCO, these are the eight Future Competencies the framework builds through football. Hover a position to see how it plays out on and off the pitch.

How the campaign works

Future Everybody operates as a four-step campaign, grassroots out — starting with local clubs and building outward to federations, schools, and the public.

01 / 04

Awareness

A globally recognized, research-backed narrative that positions football as a vehicle for 21st-century skills — mobilizing clubs, families, and players first, then federations, donors, and the public.

02 / 04

Infusion

Practical capacity for coaches at the local club level to intentionally develop the Future Competencies through the sessions they already run — plus simple resources for families and players.

03 / 04

Transfer

Ensuring the competencies built on the pitch don't stay on the pitch. Schools take up the framework, carrying it from the club into the classroom and into everyday life.

04 / 04

Storytelling

Capturing and amplifying real stories of transformation from the pitch — making the evidence human, emotional, and shareable. Policy changes minds; stories change culture.
